These terms will govern access to and use of Montana Bidroom, including accounts, project postings, bid submissions, and marketplace features.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the service, users agree to these terms. Final language will be provided after legal review.

Platform role

Montana Bidroom connects contractors and property owners. We are not a party to construction contracts between users. Credential attestations and bid comparisons are workflow tools, not guarantees of work quality or licensing status.
