What we collect

When you claim a founding spot, we save the name, business name, email, phone, Montana county, and role you type into the form. To stop spam, we also keep a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your internet address to limit repeat submissions. We never store the address itself.

How we use it

Only to contact you about Montana Bid Room and your founding spot. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone. We do not use advertising trackers.

Where it lives

Your information is stored in an encrypted database with our hosting providers (Vercel and Neon) in the United States.

Removing your information

Email montanabidroom@gmail.com and we will delete it.
